I got a power meal spinach pineapple smoothie and subbed plant based protein powder instead of gladiator or any protein blend. i added muscle builder and strawberries. within a few hours i felt unwell. a few hours later began having hydrogen sulfur like burps. i ate nothing else but slatine crackers that day. after i went to bed i was up several times with diarrhea. a small amount of vomiting but mostly horrible diarrhea. i have an awful headache and chills. I had to call in for my shift at the hospital and I only work prn. so I just lost the money my kids and I rely on and i dont get sick pay.
