Salad Ate salad and pizza for dinner.  My 13 year old son around 6 pm.  He complained of gas pain or heartburn feeling beginning around 9-10.  Vomiting by 1:45am.  Not sure if my husband at the salad.  Looked like it had lots of stuff in it like corn etc. It happened A few mins ago.

Salad contained: Spinach, chicken and corn
Illness is stomach distended followed by vomiting the meal around 2am and continued until stomach was empty. Now has diarrhea and cramping and is vomiting any water he tries to drink. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Heartburn, Diarrhea, Cramps
