Mold in Soda Machine - Powerade, Salt Lake City Utah

I believe there is a mold problem with the soda machine at work. I was drinking from the Powerade yesterday and it turned my young black and when I dumped it out in the sink there were two little balls of what looked like mold. In the cup. This is the next day and I am feeling very nauseous. I am have a soar throat and body aches.
