I ate steak fajitas with rice and beans and flour tortillas around 7:30pm Saturday night. The next morning around 8:30am I had painful stomach cramps/pains and diarrhea. That turned into chills and a fever. I felt very nauseous but did not vomit. The painful stomach cramps and sharp pains are horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
