Ordered 2 #4s for my husband and myself. No mayo, tater tots as the sides. Two large mozzarella sticks and an order of onion rings. The only thing I ate all day, didn’t eat the tots because they were stale and the onion rings were falling apart in grease. Ate about four of the mozzarella sticks and a few bites of the burger. Husband said his patties tasted weird and everything was smashed together.About an hour after eating I started getting cramps and a headache, I threw up about 20 minutes after that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
