January 26, 2018 me and my fiancé took a drive to Sonics located on Cicero Ave and we order our food my food specifically was the quarter coney hot dog meal. When we got our food we went house where I proceeded to eat my food and then prepare for bed. Next day I wake up feeling queasy and not myself throwing up bile which happens to be the bottom of my stomach then almost poo myself from diaherra that kicked in out of no where and I haven’t been able to eat anything really just been staying hydrated | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
