On Sunday, 8/26/18, I had a fresh fruit strawberry shake in Greenwood AR, around noon. Around midnight I developed diarrhea, fever and my body was shaking so bad that I could not hold onto an aspirin bottle. After 3 days of severe diarrhea I finally made it to the Drs. Stool samples revealed salmonella. Stay away from fresh fruit shakes at sonic. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Shaking
