At this restaurant, I ate pasta with clams. I had a very bland diet prior to this so I know that's where it's from. I was throwing up for two days vomiting, fever chills I couldn't make it into work and my boyfriend who had some of my pasta was also experiencing the same symptoms and that's the only thing we both ate the same that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
