I ate Special K fruit and Yogurt cereal this morning and immiadiatly after got heartburn and acid reflux, within an hour I had diarrhea, a headache, and nausea. This is a new food for me as I'm trying to eat healthier and I feel super sick, When I Googled "headache after eating special k" I saw there were similar reports recently so I thought it was worth mentioning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Heartburn, Acid reflux
