I had special k cereal and it was the only thing I had eaten and started to feel sick straight away I had one bowl of special k the night before I started to feel sick. I won't up the next morning with diarrhea but didn't link it then that evening I had another bowl of special k and started to feel sick instantly. About 3 hours after eating the cereal I was projectile vomiting and it happened another three times throughout the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Sweating
