I ate the spicy southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing with a large ice water at 6:15pm. Went to our local Lowe's right after and began not feeling well. Lower stomach pain, nausea. By 10 o'clock I had awful diarrhea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
