Spicy Thai Restaurant, 208 Church St, St. Catharines, ON L2R 3E9, Canada

208 Church Street, St. Catharines, L2R 3E9 Ontario, Canada

Ordered from spicy Thai.  Either pad Thai. Or spicy fried rice , Ate it at 6:20 ish.  Went to bed around 11:20.  Ran to the bathroom around 12. Puked uncontrollably for a while.  Flushed toilet. Felt weird, sat on toilet.  Had pure diarrhea.  Walked to the couch and felt nauseous. Super big and uncomfortable stomach cramps and pain. Ran back to the toilet another 3-4 times.  At that point I was puking up bile.  Finally fell asleep around 5-6 am.  Woke up at noon... I never sleep in.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
