Tempura, Calamari Illness Strikes - Spoon & Fork, Oakville Ontario

We ordered takeout on February 25, 2020. I had ginger chicken and my wife ordered had included:

- Calamari
- Tempura
- Chaing Mai CKShrimp.

We also ordered California Maki which we did not eat.

Within 5 hours of eating my wife felt nausea and had diarrhea and vomiting for about 2 hours. Never again at this place. Nice way for her to spend her 50th birthday.
