We ordered takeout on February 25, 2020. I had ginger chicken and my wife ordered had included:
- Calamari
- Tempura
- Chaing Mai CKShrimp.
We also ordered California Maki which we did not eat.
Within 5 hours of eating my wife felt nausea and had diarrhea…

Scromboid Poisoning from Sushi

BEWARE OF SCROMBOID POISONING! I got take out maki sushi with smoked salmon and raw salmon. Within 10-20 minutes I was experiencing burning and cramping in my stomach, rash on my wrists, headache, nausea, dizziness. I took Benadryl via the pharmacist and symptoms improved slightly.
