Yesterday , tomato and mozzarella panini 7:30 pm Had their employee warm up and tomato and mozzarella panini. about 3-4 hours later I had intense cramps and diarrhea. Went to sleep and woke up at about 4am with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
