January 7th 2025 Hot chocolate at Starbucks at 5 waters ave, Greenville, South Carolina 29605 My daughter picked up a hot chocolate for me, we live only about 2 minutes away. She brought it home and it had no whipped cream liked she ordered, so she went back to the store and they took back the original one and made a new one. She brought it straight home, i drank most of it and within an hour i was violently ill, throwing up, diarrhea, shaking, cold and hot, unable to control my legs shaking, dizzy, and i felt like i was dying. Literally. It was very violent and awful. I am very upset. I have no allergies to dairy or anything in a hot chocolate. I am wondering if it was tampered with considering we had them remake it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Shaking, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
