I bought the Chicken & Quinoa Protein Bowl with Black Beans and Greens for lunch and within an hour had diarrhea. And then a few hours later, had projectile vomiting, explosive diarrhea, high fever, body chills, massive migraine, and I felt delirious. My joints also were aching badly.
