I have a stomach disease that slows down my food poisoning reaction by several hours. My husband and I both have the same kind of water faucet type of diarrhea. The only thing we ate exactly the same was Starbucks prepared Pumpkin cream cheese muffin and the marbled apple loaf. We have no other symptoms not even abdominal pain just super watery diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
