On 3/19 I had felt perfectly fine when I woke up and started my day. I picked up a coffee and sandwich for breakfast at approx 7:30 and ate the sandwich first and started my day at work. At about 9am I was suddenly very nauseous and had diarrhea. About 15-20 minutes after this I vomited twice. I had not ate anything else out of the ordinary and hadn't even drank my coffee at this point. I have been sick with an upset stomach / diarrhea all weekend. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
