I had a Chai tea latte with coconut milk (grande size) and a ham and swiss breakfast sandwich. A half hour later, I had gas and defecated normal. 6 hours later, I was having the worst gas pains in my life and had to run to the bathroom. I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. I felt like I might puke and kept burping. I had diarrhea and had be on the toilet for an hour. I wasn't able to relax and sleep until I put a heating pad on my stomach and laid at an incline. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Burping
