Purchased a cheese and fruit protein box. A few hours later I start with stomach cramps and nausea and diarrhea. Chills. It was the only thing I ate or drank yesterday. Lasted for most of the day and into the evening. This morning better but sore. Classic food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Soreness
