I had a burger & fries from S&S for a late lunch on 11/7/25. Ended up extremely sick, started as nausea and bad stomach cramping, then started having non stop liquid diarrhea and vomiting. Went into the ER because it became so intense that I ended up losing my hearing and partial vision from all the straining. After testing negative for the cold/flu/covid they did a cat scan and ended up finding a serious bacterial gut infection. Dr said it was from a poorly prepared food or unclean hands who made it. Had to go on 2 antibiotics, nausea and cramping meds. I'm on day 2 of this and still feeling awful. I can't eat, super weak and exhausted. Just trying to keep fluids in has been tough. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Weakness
