I am writing this review to express my deepest regret in ever choosing to eat at this Steers branch. On 25 November 2025, after a long and exhausting road trip, my boyfriend and I decided to stop here for our first meal of the day. I ordered the Classic Bacon and Cheese Burger, and he ordered the Ribster.By the next morning, we both woke up with SEVERE FOOD POISONING symptoms. What makes this even worse is that these symptoms have persisted for OVER A WEEK, and we are still dealing with the aftermath. This has been one of the most physically draining and distressing experiences we've ever had connected to a meal.
In my personal experience, this raises SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS, and I genuinely believe this branch needs to be URGENTLY INSPECTED. What we went through felt like a HEALTH HAZARD, and it's UNACCEPTABLE for any establishment serving food to the public. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
