Went for the Valentine's Day dinner at STK steakhouse in Denver on Saturday night. I ordered the surf and turf plate of filet and lobster tail. I ordered the filet as medium rare and when I ate it, it was noticeably cold. The lighting in the restaurant was very dim, so the filet looked ok in my opinion at the time. Sunday morning I woke up with vomiting and diarrhea which eventually led me to becoming severely dehydrated. I had to go to the emergency room to get fluids and anti-nausea medicine. I was in the ER for hours before they could safely release me. Now it is Monday and we are checking the filet we brought home, which looks raw. Paid $250+ to get food poisoning and a trip to the ER because STK prioritized quantity of guests and profiting for Valentine's Day over quality and food safety. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
