I ate the steak salad. A few hours later, I woke up with terrible stomach pain, nausea, and fever. Diarrhea started the next day, after a full day of nausea, vomiting, and terrible stomach cramps with a fever. Finally, after three days, it was out of my system. I suspect the lettuce for e-coli. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
