Stouffer's Frozen Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

The only thing I ate outside of my normal diet was Stouffer's frozen meatloaf/mashed potato for dinner: I woke up in the middle of the night to vomit, and with diarrhea the next day. Container seemed normal, no odd odors or flavors. Package was within expiration date and was fully sealed.
