I was 3/4 the way through with the salad and my stomach started feeling bad. I finished and the pain increased. I thought I just needed to use the restroom, so I asked the server where it was, as my husband got the check. The pain increased and I started feeling nauseous. My husband looked at me as we were walking out and said “Are you ok?” I said no, my stomach and back really hurt. I had many errands planned but my pain got so severe I had to have my husband take me home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
