Additional information: Meatball sub was colder than usual when served which I was a little suspicious when I had it but didn't really think much of it at the time. Possible food poisoning from a meatball sub. Onset time was 16 hours and 30 minutes. The sub was only warm not hot when it was served which led me to thinking it may be food poisoning from undercooking. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
