- comments: 5-501. 15 observed overflowing garbage (wood beams with screws), minor garbage on the ground, and lid not tight-fitting for the outside dumpster area. Instructed to always maintain outside dumpster area ground and always ensure outside dumpster lids remain tight-fitting without overflowing garbage. Recommended using a lock and chain for outside dumpster. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(b).
