I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich on flatbread. Felt sick and had to go to the restroom immediately. Got very tired, shivers and started violently throwing up. I threw up about 6 times. Had nausea also. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
