1561 North Cooper Road, Gilbert, 85233 Arizona, United States

Ate a 6 inch roast beef sandwich. Started feeling sick about 4 hours later. Projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Also had a fever of 103.4. Never eating subway again. You shouldn't either. Gross | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
