Toddler Sick After Salad - Subway, Grandville Michigan

Saturday (12/16/23) My son (almost 3 years old) had a salad from subway and got super sick about 4-6 hours after he ate it I took him to the children’s ER yesterday morning and they gave him 3 iv bags of fluid to help with dehydration. He has super bad diarrhea to the point where his butt is completely raw from pooping so much. We were at the hospital for six hours as his sugar was too low because he couldn’t keep anything down. Even water made him throw up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration, Vomiting, Nausea
