October 22, 2023 Spinach at subway Didn't notice until after I ate but the entire store was covered in gnats and in large flies. I got a napkin and that's when they all flew around. Went out to the produce section of the main store and there were more, covering everything like a swarm, quite a bit of the produce was molding or rotting. Was sick for two days vomiting. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
