- comments: 5-402. 13 observed waste water being improperly disposed at 3 compartment sink. When water is drained in one compartment, another compartment floods. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink accordingly. Violation previously noted and cited on 6-17-2022 see report #2559571 priority violation 7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.
