Food Safety Report: Subway.

December 26th 2013. Sick for 2days before went to ER in Ironwood MI. Ate the pastrami on flatbread with lots of veggies. oil & vinegar, no mayo. Now on antibiotics and still not completely better. Waiting for MN health report! severe diarrhea, x20 48hrs bloating abdominal pain bloody stools ER , IV and antibiotics , CT scan blood work stool culture etc | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool, Bloating, Stomach Pain
