Yesterday I ate the sandwich around 2pm. Started feeling sick around 5-6pm. Not sure. None of the food had covers on it, other foods were dropped in with other foods. I'm sure it happens when making multiple sandwiches. | Symptoms: Other, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
