Ate Philly Cheese sub and got very intense stomach sharp pain, nausea, headache, chills. Not eating there ever again. Very scary. Very close to contact 911 as I thought I was going to faint. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
