My husband and I each had Volkorn Philly Beef with lettuce, cucumbers tomatoes and onions on Saturday 11.11.2023, and since then we have been suffering from cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. We have to go to the doctor but are currently unable to do so because the symptoms are bad | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
