I was having a long day. I had spent 5h on a test then had to go to work. I had not eaten since 9am and it was 830. I was so hungry, so I went to there. I got stared at and laughed at among the employees for not being able to stand due to not having eaten for 11 odd hours and having done it all on 4h of sleep. I get my usual, the meatball sub and I scarf it when I get home. I wake up this morning with the worst diarrhea and then end up puking as well. The only thing I ate/drank that day was this, freshly opened cold cuts (that I know weren’t the issue because my roomate’s boyfriend stole the rest of them and he’s fine) for breakfast and a monster | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
