Stopped by Subway after work last Friday at around 11:00 am. Got a footlong Italian. The sauce I chose, vinegrette, tasted more sour than usual. After I finished eating and started riding back home I felt slightly nauseous. After a few hours after I got home I had severely upset stomach, diarrhea and was vomiting. Started feeling better two days later, but the diarrhea persisted up until right now at 4 am Monday. I had to go to the bathroom 7+ times the past few hours where I was literally pretty much urinating out of my ass. Never have I had food poisoning so bad and that's being 100% honest. I think it has to do with the employees touching so much of the food and not being sanitary or maybe they keep the food out longer then it's suppose. I definitely won't be coming back and I've been a usual customer for awhile | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
