Food Safety Report: Subway.

Turkey/bacon/avacado with all veggies except onions/peppers. Clerk didn't crisp the bacon seperately and I wondered. Could be anything though. Throwing up etc within 4 hours and hourly for 12 solid hours with severe abdominal pain, been recovering for 2 days since! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
