l had the sandwich on Friday and was ill with a fever, convulsions and severe diarrhoea over the weekend. This was almost the only food l hadn't shared with my partner and she didn't get ill at all. The only other food l'd eaten was soup from a sealed container, which l heated thoroughly, so seems unlikely to be the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
