Today marks day 15 that my daughter has been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills & cramping. We have been to Urgent Care twice, the ER once and another doctor once. I received a call today saying that her lab work came back showing antibiotic resistant Salmonella. Tracking back our meals for the last 19 days, the only thing that she ate differently than anyone else in the house was her Sandwich from here and she is the only one who is sick. Her illness is so bad that she has now missed almost 3 weeks of school resulting in a truancy report (1st time ever), she now needs to see a Pediatric GI Specialist and we are scheduled for more testing next week. This is a child who has NEVER been sick more than a few days, does not miss school and has always been healthy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Cramps
