April 20 at about 5pm. Don't eat out but car broke down. Got 6inch sub and ended up vomiting with diarrhea same night that lasted about 24 hours. Fever, fatigue, dizziness, headache, and very upset stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue
