I ordered a salad bowl. Within 5 hours I started feeling a little nauseous and just not right. Started vomiting that night and continued throughout the night and into the next day. Diarrhea started in the morning. I was severely dehydrated and couldn't keep any liquids down. I eventually went to the ER at 4:00 p.m. and had to get fluids and anti nausea medication. Missed my whole day of work also. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
