Onions Suspected in Illness - Subway, California Missouri

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
Suspected source: Ate at subway twice this week. Last time my husband asked if I thought the onions tasted weird (unsure exactly what was on his also, but we both had onions), both of us ended up sick later that night. He’s now feeling better. Tonight, he took our daughter to the park to play and then took her out to eat. On the way home, he got me a sub, but forgot to get onions on it. I felt fine up until about 30 min ago, and I’m not up sick and running to the bathroom constantly. Same symptoms as the other night. When we do to subway, I always get the exact same thing, for over 12 years now, so I know it wasn’t something I ate different that upset my stomach
