Veggie Sub Triggers Illness - Subway, Mayville Michigan

Early this morning I went to subway with my friend after church, and ordered a vegetarian footlong. I ate half, and few minutes after in the car I noticed slight abdominal pain. So upon arriving home, I ate the other half, thinking I was just hungry. The abdominal pain became severe with intense naseua. Later that night I proceeded to vomit three times, and passed out from the lightheadedness.
