I ate at Applebee's 2 days ago and had no issues. Today for lunch my coworkers and I got here from the location next to cracker barrel and best buy. I was the only one that got the Marinara Meatball sub and about 3 hours after eating, I was running to the bathroom and so sick. I have thrown up at least 4 times since 6:30pm today until now (7:55pm). Severe diarrhea and clamy feeling. I really think it was this, but am not 100% sure. I feel so terrible. I cannot even drive home without stopping to get sick. 😩 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
