Bought steak and cheese on wheat with southwest sauce. Also had nacho cheese Doritos and few cookies. 4 hrs later I had a fullness feeling. Stomach was swollen and painful. I was vomiting and got chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
