Around 50 rodent droppings in the food prep area under cool prep stations, near 3 comp sink, along wall bases. Around 60 scattered throughout basement on the floor by the deep freezer, in closet and in far rear storage room; instructed to clean all affected areas. Reccomended contacting pest control. During re-inspection on 5/11/21 observed about more than 50 rodent droppings in the food prep area, more than 100 rodent droppings on the stair case leading to the basement and more than 100 rodent droppings located in the basement in between equipment and on the shelves and more than 40 rodent droppings located in the furnace room and more than 20 rodent droppings located in the office in the basement. Also observed live insect activity in the food prep area. Observed about 20 live ants crawling under the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas, eliminate all rodent and insect activity and contact pest control for service. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.

The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. There have been no c... See Moreonfirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.

The frozen, NRTE spaghetti with meat sauce items were produced April 22, 2021. The following products are subject to recall:

- 8.5-oz paperboard tray with lid packages containing “Michelina’s Spaghetti with Meat Sauce” with lot code J1112N8, “BEST BY 22APR2022”, and a UPC code of “7 17854 10503 9” on the bottom label.

These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers’ freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
